Cuts through email like a knife

It's no wonder things were dropping through the cracks. When you open an inbox and there are that many emails – well, there's only one thing to do. You do something else, find a distraction, anything.
Enter… Superhuman.
Now that particular advisor never saw the beauty of Superhuman, but another one did. This year, I worked with an advisor that had over 17,000 emails in his inbox. AND, we got it to ZERO. Inbox Zero, baby!!

So what is Superhuman? It's an email overlay tool like Microsoft Outlook can you can use to manage your Microsoft or Google email inboxes. And its built for speed.
After my very first demo of Superhuman, I realized something very important.

Like text messages, like paper plates, they serve a purpose and then you get rid of them.
In Superhuman's case, you press "E". E is the shortcut for archive. It's always searchable, but gone from your inbox and your to-dos.

It's all about the keyboard shortcuts:
E as we've discussed, "Mark's the email done"
H brings it back later, and you can quickly type a time, day, month… it's Super fast.
R is for Reply.
S is for Star.
V is for Move.
And so on.
Oh wait, another super common one I use is "/" to Search – a name, an email address, a phrase you're trying to find in an email…
Ctrl + K "carbon" for dark mode. Ctrl + K "snow" for light mode. Or Cmd + K on a Mac.
When you blast all your emails and hit the coveted "Inbox Zero", there's always a beautiful picture waiting for you:
It also has lots of other time-saving features like "Snippets" – phrases, email templates, etc that you use often and don't want to re-type each time. Those are accessed with just a few key-strokes as well.
So for an individual advisor, Superhuman can revolutionize your email experience. But for a Team, it's even better.
You can comment, note, tag teammates and discuss next steps on an email without all the CC'ing, Bcc'ing… It's super slick.
